By purchasing this item the buyer understands and agrees with all the statements noted in the Shipping, payment and return policy section.
I sell each item with the best integrity. I am not out to screw anyone over. I believe in integrity. So if something doesn't work shortly after I sell it to you then see As-Is below.
The buyer also agrees that this is an 'as is' sale and therefore no warranty is intended or implied.
Each item is sold as is with no refunds or "in-store" credit. Buyer pays shipping expenses. I accept PayPal, Cash, and Checks (add $5 incase I cash your bad check). I do not accept Credit Cards. All sales are final.
To secure your purchase against other potential buyers you may be asked to pay a non refundable deposit. This means, if you send a deposit and you do not arrange a drop off, pickup, or shipping you forefit your deposit.
Shipping and Insurance
Once funds are received, please all 5-10 business days before item is shipped. I run a busy life and getting to FedEx, UPS, or USPS is sometimes difficult. After item is shipped, I will send the tracking number via email.Shipping quotes is based on the actual published rates currently charged by National Shippers. I reserve the right to use the identical services of UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or USPS without prior notification or written consent. Additional charges by Federal Express (such as rural delivery charges and fuel surcharges) may be applicable depending on your location. Should you choose to decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process. I ship only to the USA and Canada. I offer combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save you a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments can be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility).
Customers who purchase items from Bellevue, WA are welcome to pick up those products in person, provided that prior arrangements me have been made, which may include scheduling an appointment for pickup. Should you choose to pick up your merchandise from me, you must first pay for the product using the automated check out link and be sure to choose the "local pickup option" so that you will not be charged for shipping. I require two (2) business days advance notice via email for local pickups. I do not accept payment of any kind so be sure to complete the payment link prior to your visit. Please remember that any purchased product that is not picked up after 30 days will remain the property of me and you will be credited for your full purchase minus a $5 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is higher). Please remember, do not show up for your local pick up with out making prior arrangements through me.
Service & Support
Even with satisfied customers I must point out that this is not a retail store. In order to maintain my establishment, I am not able to offer warranties, exchanges, after the sale service, or questions from buyers about the merchandise.
