Alright, I have been researching and researching
and researching and researching...I think I found a list of stuff that I want to use for my 2.0T. Please keep in mind that the idea is low boost budget at first then go back and get the right stuff. *OBD2 Block OBD1 Head Headgasket - either stacked or copper Autotech 270 Camshaft TT Adjustable Camshaft Sprocket ARP Head Fasteners 42# Injectors VR6 MAF TT Chip T3 Manifold 4 Bar FPR 12:1 Vortech FMU T3 Turbo Compressor Trim .50, Compressor A/R .42, Turbine .48 Downpipe Passat 1.8T Intercooler 1.8T Diverter Valve APR Stage 3+ Spark Plugs NGK part number PFR7B Boost Gauge A/F Gauge Oil Pressure Gauge Oil Lines Wideband 02 Sensor I know the transmission/clutch is a weak point but I am not going to hammer it. I will do an 02a swap soon.
*OBD1 ABA is the engine of preference for the following reasons: Forged crank Forged connecting rods Oil squirters Cylinder Head Flows Better Valve train has dual valve springs

OBD2 Block Preference is OBDI, but I assume you are just using the one that's already in the car. OBD1 Head Headgasket - either stacked or copper Autotech 270 Camshaft TT Adjustable Camshaft Sprocket ARP Head Fasteners 30# Injectors ABA MAF C2 chip T3 Manifold 3 Bar FPR NO FMU T3 Turbo Compressor Trim .60, Compressor A/R .42, Turbine .48 Downpipe Passat 1.8T Intercooler 1.8T Diverter Valve APR Stage 3+ Spark Plugs NGK part number PFR7B Boost Gauge A/F Gauge Oil Pressure Gauge Oil Lines Wideband 02 Sensor
Updated list based on C2 chip and not using an FMU if you have a choice. The C2 stage 1 chip is excellent and it also uses 1.8T injectors which can be had cheap and a stock MAF and FPR... Other than that and a slightly larger turbo for upgradability (the turbo you chose would be good as well) you seem to have it all together.
